BIO BRIEF

Dr. Paul Baard is an organizational psychologist and faculty member at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business, specializing in motivation, persuasion, and interpersonal effectiveness.  He has trained and served as executive coach to many businesses.  His work has been featured widely in the media, including in Harvard Business Review, in The Wall Street Journal, on WABC-TV, and on CBS Radio.  He has given invited lectures at Peter Senge’s Organizational Learning Center at MIT, at Georgetown, and at Wharton (where one of his articles is on their Management reading list).  Dr. Baard previously served in senior, line management positions in industry.



BIO BRIEF

Veronica Baard possesses over 20 years of experience in senior HR management positions.  A former Managing Director of Human Resources, most recently heading up HR at a leading global investment bank, she developed innovative approaches to HR management, partnering closely with line leaders and senior executives worldwide.  As Chair of the Wall Street Personnel Management Association (a group comprised of HR heads), Ms. Baard led a think-tank for the promotion and exchange of current initiatives and a forum which developed annual, national conferences on state-of-the-art HR practices.
